The fees of Lake Terrace Communities are based on a personal point system assessment and are typically half the cost of the average nursing home. Lake Terrace does not charge an assessment fee nor do we require an endowment fee or security deposit. An administrative fee is required which is refundable for the first six months of residency. Our cost of care is charged on a monthly basis. This cost is based on an individual point system which is determined by actual number of services that each resident uses after a medical assessment is completed.
