A Plan of Care is developed for each of our residents to insure that their individual needs are met.

Our Programs

At Lake Terrace we help resident with their daily routine and responsibilities while they still retain the freedom and economic advantages of living as independently as possible.  Simply put, we offer mature adults assistance with their daily lives in a sensitive and caring manner.

bulletDementia Care Program - Meets the needs of people with Alzheimer's and related disorders, people who require more supervision, help, and direction to be safe and well.  Our team of skilled professionals plan ways to maintain or improve cognitive and physical abilities, to socialize and form friendships, to improve confidence and self esteem, to improve ability to be as independent as possible in self-cares, and to improve their overall quality of life.
bulletRehabilitation Stay Program - designed for the senior leaving the hospital and intending to return home.  Our team, a physician, registered nurse, therapists, and activities coordinator provides rehabilitation services to enhance recovery in a safe but non-institutional setting.  All short term programs include the services and benefits of SeniorMiniums Standard Care program.
bulletLong Term Program - For senior adults who have made the decision that assisted living offers them a relaxed and caring home together with the day-to-day help and healthcare services they want and need.
bulletHospice Program - When the focus of care is comfort and no longer a cure.  When prognosis is a matter of months and not years, then hospice care is an option at Lake Terrace.  Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death, but reaffirms life, emphasizes dignity and enhances the quality of the remainder of a resident's life and regards dying as a normal process.  The hospice program stresses human values that go beyond the physical needs of the resident.  Hospice ensures that residents spend their final days with dignity and in comfort at Lake Terrace.  Hospice allows the resident to be in a SeniorMiniums home, surrounded and cared for by a compassionate and loving staff.
